Download Single Pages from Websites

While our website download software orientated towards downloading whole websites or sections thereof, it can also be used to download a single page from websites.

In this tutorial we are going to use two demonstration projects each showing slightly different ways of downloading a single page. If you can not find the options mentioned, please ensure you have clicked the button Easy mode off. This will do so advanced settings are shown.

• Scan website > Paths
  • Set website domain address and/or directory path to http://www.microsystools.com/products/
• Scan website > Analysis filters
  • Set limit analysis of internal URLs to those below depth level to 0
• Scan website > Crawler options
  • Uncheck Follow links

• Scan website > Paths
  • Set website domain address and/or directory path to http://www.microsystools.com
  • Add to initiate scanning from paths with http://www.microsystools.com/home/about.php
• Scan website > Analysis filters
  • Add to limit analysis of internal URLs to which match "relative path" or "text" or "regex" with :home/about.php
  • Add to limit analysis of internal URLs to which match "relative path" or "text" or "regex" with ::.+?\.css($|\?)
  • Add to limit analysis of internal URLs to which match "relative path" or "text" or "regex" with ::.+?\.js($|\?)
  • Add to exclude analysis of URLs that match "relative path" or "text" or "regex" with ::^$
• Scan website > Output filters
  • Add to exclude output of URLs that match "relative path" or "text" or "regex" with ::^$
• Scan website > Crawler options
  • Uncheck Follow links
