Crawl and Create Sitemaps of Flash Heavy Websites

It is possible to XML sitemaps and HTML sitemaps of Flash websites. Just point our sitemap generator program to a Flash-to-HTML or Flash-to-XML conversion tool.

Enable Crawl of Flash Based Websites

First we need to enable crawling content inside Flash files:

crawl flash websites enable

After this we point our sitemap generator to a Flash to HTML conversion tool executable:

crawl flash websites tool

Adobe released such a tool as part of their SDK for Flash:

Alternatively, swfmill can also be used by A1 Sitemap Generator:

After having configured above, crawl your website as you normally would when using A1 Sitemap Generator.
