How to Take a Screenshot
If you want to report a bug or problem to us, it can sometimes help us greatly to see a screenshot of the issue.
Instructions on Program Screenshots
Select the program "window" you want to take a screenshot of.
Press following keys at the same time on your keyboard: "ALT" + "PrtSc".
Select your favourite graphics program, e.g. MS Paint.
Use Edit | Paste to insert the image into the graphics program.
Use File | Save to store the image on your disk. Good image formats include: .png, .gif and sometimes .jpg.
Then email us the screenshot you have taken.
